Technical Library June 2007 News
New e-Resources

Three new e-Resources have recently been added to the Technical Library's collection.

The Library partnered with the Joining and Coating Department, 1813, to acquire The Alloy Center. This resource is a one-stop shop for information on thousands of alloys around the World. Users are able to find key alloy information, including composition, producer, tensile properties, and similar alloys. Additional information about the Alloy Center can be found on the Information about Alloy Center page for this resource.

The Technical Library Livermore recently purchased lab-wide access to The Encyclopedia of Surface and Colloid Science, second edition. This Encyclopedia covers all aspects of surface and colloid science. Additional information about the Encyclopedia can be found on the information about ESCS page for this resource.

Online access to the Journal of Materials Research has been reinstated courtesy of the Technical Library Livermore. The Journal of Materials Research (JMR) is published monthly and is devoted to original research. JMR contains archival papers, rapid communications, and reviews.

For more information about using these resources contact your reference librarian.  If you experience difficulties accessing these pages please contact Annette Chavezat (505) 845-8287, if you have comments about the Electronic Resources, please contact Amy Rein at (505) 844-0774.
